Club Captains Challenges

Now the weathers a bit better, if you find yourselves with some time on your hands, why not head up the club and take on the Captain’s Challenges!

There are various challenges, all located on the Max Biles field, based around key rugby skills such as strength, speed, kicking and passing. No matter what your age, ability, or position there is something for everyone. (Details of each challenge are posted at the club).

The idea is for you to have a go over the next few weeks and send your results to the email address provided. ndcaptainschallenge@gmail.com

Once we have identified a winner for each challenge, (multiple categories including male, female and youth) we will open it up to the wider public to come and challenge our “Champions” with prizes.

The five challenges are

  • Mile run
  • Post to post sprint
  • Kick for goal
  • Pass for points
  • Farmers walk.

Get involved, have fun and good luck!
